Zoni is an institution with many locations and campuses in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, New Jersey and Miami Beach where Intensive English Programs (IEP) and other English language-associated courses are available. The student-centered teaching curriculum combines the Direct Method, Total Physical Response, the Communicative Approach and Cooperative Learning. Making sure students don't get lost along the way, most professors at Zoni speak multiple languages, giving them all the help they need in their native tongue. This affects the students learning English in a smooth way, decreasing the amount of obstacles in their way. Their Premium Intensive English Program is for students who are more focused on the speed of which they learn English. If a student’s plan is to learn English for the sake of attending school in the states, Zoni also offers TOEFL iBT, IELTS, and Cambridge ESOL Prep Courses, and the best part is that you can even take your exam at Zoni, as the Manhattan campus is an authorized testing center. There are some students, however, who want to learn English for business purposes. Zoni’s ESL for Business program has a flexible schedule, which means you can choose the class time that best suits you. In addition to studying English, students go on field trips around the Metropolitan area, other places outside of the State of New York such as Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and Boston, not including other school events that happen year round.
