The ESL school at NYFA (ESN) is committed to provide high quality language guidance in an environment filled with support, empathy, and warmth to help students from all over the world improve their English language abilities with a scholarly focus, at the same time taking into consideration the need for social and practical knowledge while also accounting for the students' career advancement. ESN’s high standards of achievement, progress, and positive transformation is not only for the students but for the instructors as well, ensuring that students are being taught by someone who has their best interest in mind and is up to speed with materials, tools, and methods to constantly improve their technique and modifying their approach so that the students can reach their goals quickly and in an optimal way. Counseling is also offered to students, whether the concern be academic or personal. With classes averaging from 6-10 students it promotes individual attention not only from the students with each other but with the teacher as well. There are 6 total levels of English classes, from Beginner to Pre-College. Each level possesses different skill goals to achieve in order to go to the next level. Having a level system of classes makes it easier for students to achieve their goals.
